House Rules
– How do I get to Hans Brinker? Super simple and many ways, so ask Google and it will show you the best route for that day.
– Use the locker and bed you have been allocated. Note: Cleaning staff have the right to remove items if they are in the wrong bed.
– NO drugs or illegal substances allowed!
– Lock it up! Hans Brinker is not responsible for personal items.
– No outside food or drink in our restaurant, bar, or garden. We serve everything you need at affordable prices!
– Smoking and vaping inside will result in a fine, as will tampering with fire equipment.
– Cleaners start work at 9:30 AM. Please be respectful as they maintain the hostel.
– Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. We kindly request that all guests adhere to our 10 PM quiet hours.
– Friends are welcome to visit you in our bar/restaurant, Ms. Chelin, but they are not allowed in other areas of the hostel.
– We cannot guarantee that beds booked under the same reservation will be in the same room. While we usually accommodate such requests, priority is given to guests who book entire dorms.
– Check your reservation’s cancellation policy and age restrictions before booking. Fees will apply in the case of a mistaken booking.
FAQ
– Check-out is at 10 AM. There is a €12.50 late check-out fee.
– Noisy neighbors? Let reception know or grab free earplugs.
– Hairdryers can be borrowed from reception for a €15 deposit.
– We provide towels and bed linen.
– We have a 24-hour reception; late check-in is possible.
– Every room has its own bathroom.
– Every bed has a designated locker that can be locked with a padlock. If you don’t have one, we sell them at reception.
– Parking is not available for guests as it is expensive in the city. We suggest looking up Park and Rides in Amsterdam for the best parking options.
– Bike rental services are available.
– We don’t have a laundry service, but there is one on our street.
– You can store luggage before and after check-in/out. We do not provide storage for extended periods.
– We provide taxi services at reception.
