City Tax is not included – the charge is 12,5% of the net overnight rate per night and should be paid upon arrival.

We do not accept children under the age of 18 and will not accept reservations with under-18s present. If there are minors in your reservation please contact the hostel for a cancellation.

Dormitory beds have an age restriction of 18-40. Please note that guests who are over 40 who wish to stay in mixed dorms may be asked to move to a private room at additional cost.

Maximum stay is 5 nights. This also applies to multiple reservations totalling more than 5 days.

No-shows shall be charged the equivalent of one night’s stay. We will charge this to the credit card you used to make the booking.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Pets are not permitted on premises. Exceptions may be made for Alpacas – please contact the hostel if you intend to bring one.
